How do I register?
Registration is free. Click on the registration tab, fill out the form, and someone from AccidentReview will contact you within the day to finalize the process.
What are some example of cases ACCIDENT REVIEW handles?
Two cars are involved in a collision, and you have questions as to whether the damage to one of the vehicles is entirely related to the subject loss.
My insured stated their vehicle was damaged while parked. Does the damage support the reported scenario?
Vehicle has minor damage to the steering column. Can this vehicle be driven without the proper key?
A vehicle is burned throughout the engine compartment. Can you determine the origin and cause?
Does ACCIDENT REVIEW only handle low value claims?
No, we can handle any size case. However, if our preliminary analysis requires too much time we can provide full forensic services at our hourly rate ($200).
What information should I provide with the assignment?
A detailed loss description, any available damage appraisals, photographs, police reports, relevant invoices, diagrams, etc.
Will I be able to interact with the tech throughout the investigation?
Yes, there is a section in the AccidentReview Portal to correspond with your tech.
What if the supplied photographs are not good enough ?
If the photographs do not provide enough detail for analysis we recommend contacting on source who can capture photographs anywhere in the country in 24 hours for $50.
The opinion will be rendered in 24 hours, When does the clock start?
The opinion will be rendered within 24 hours of receiving all necessary information. The assigned tech will let you know if more information is needed upon initial review of the assignment.
Will I be updated with the status of the assignment?
Yes. You will be notified when we receive the assignment, when a tech has been assigned, when analysis has commenced, and when the assignment is complete.
How will the opinion be provided to me?
You will receive an email notifying you of the availability of the final report, which can be downloaded in pdf form or viewed through the AccidentReview Portal. The report will outline the technician’s opinion based on the available information.
In what manner can the report/opinion be used?
This is a preliminary opinion for the purpose of helping to direct the claim investigation. The report is not intended to be used in trial. depending on our conclusion, a full report suitable for trial can be written for an additional cost.
